CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy Elegant Situation Beauty Studio enforces a cancellation policy on select services and reserves the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows and cancellations within 6 hours of the appointment. Foreign Product Removal Policy For the health and safety of our nail technicians and guests, Elegant Situation Beauty Studio does not remove products that were applied by another salon or nail technician. Because we cannot verify the products or ingredients that were used, there is a risk that the enhancement may contain materials such as MMA (methyl methacrylate) or other substances that can create potentially harmful dust when filed. Exposure to these materials may pose health risks to our technicians and other guests in the salon. If you are visiting us with enhancements from another salon, we ask that they be professionally removed by the original salon before booking services with us. This policy is in place solely to protect the health and safety of everyone in our salon and is not a reflection of another technician's work.

With 14 years of experience in the industry, I have crafted a personal service experience that clients can’t find anywhere else. I deeply value the connection I have with those who come into the salon. Although I’ve temporarily stepped away from the nail table for medical reasons, I remain devoted to the vision, elegance, and daily rhythm of the studio. My heart is still in every detail and I look forward to returning when the time is right.
